Our Cottages

Stay with in in the beautiful Georgian village of Freshford

Manor cottages are 3 terraced houses created from a stone built-stable block dating from the 1840’s. They are located in the beautiful Georgian village of Freshford which lies at the junction of the Frome and Avon valleys in the southern Cotswolds. There are some wonderful walks to local pubs following the riverside and canals. All just 15 minutes from Bath by car but the secret of this location is the 9 minute train journey to Bath from the village station, just a short stroll from the cottages. Services run every 30 mins at peak times and hourly thereafter.

The Manor Cottages

Our three cottages are perfect for a family visit with fully fitted and well equipped kitchens containing cookers, gas hobs, fridge/freezers, dishwashers, washing machines, ovens and microwaves etc.

The bedrooms are all large and spacious mostly offering King beds but The Old stables and the Rafters offers a twin-bed room. We can provide a travel cot and high chair for either cottage at no charge.

All the cottages offer wifi and SmartTVs in the sitting rooms.

A travel cot and high chair are available upon request.

Each cottage has it’s own parking with room for one medium and one small car or one large SUV.

Our rates are per cottage per night. We do not accept one night bookings and we ask for a minimum of 3 nights over bank holidays and 4 nights over July-August ,Christmas and New Year.

For all bookings of 7 nights or longer we offer a 25% discount on the daily prices. This is calculated automatically on your booking enquiry via our website
